Nvidia is pursuing a robotics platform strategy modeled on CUDA, layering GPU and Jetson hardware with Isaac, GR00T, and Cosmos software for simulation, training, and deployment. Because shipments are concentrated in a small number of Chinese manufacturers, Nvidia needs deep partnerships with only a handful of companies to sit beneath most of the global market.
