NVIDIA Launches SimReady Central Open 3D Asset Library at GTC Berlin

NVIDIA and Hugging Face announced SimReady Central, an open library of simulation-ready 3D assets for robotics and AI factory applications. The launch came alongside a cluster of related announcements at GTC Berlin 2026: ALLSIDES built an automated pipeline converting physical retail objects into sub-millimeter-accurate SimReady 3D digital twins, already serving adidas, Amazon, Nike, Zalando, and Zara. Otto Group, working with Reply, expanded its NVIDIA Omniverse-based autonomous warehouse simulation to its largest fulfillment center in Haldensleben, Germany, adding capabilities that let logistics teams design and test operations entirely in simulation before physical implementation. On the hardware side, NVIDIA's DGX Station offers 748GB of coherent memory and up to 20 petaflops of AI performance, with three open-source reference workflows for robotics post-training and simulation using Isaac Lab and Cosmos. Nebius launched a Physical AI Workbench for robotics companies, with firms including Rhoda AI, RoboForce, and Sereact building on it. On the industrial deployment side, Siemens reported integrating agents into its Intelligence Center X system for estimated cost savings of 20%, and reduced inspection calibration time by 40% at its Erlangen electronics factory using NVIDIA Cosmos Data Factory tools. Audi is using NVIDIA Omniverse-based digital twins to test battery-production concepts before physical equipment is available and to simulate mobile humanoid robots in collaboration with Dassault Systèmes and Agile Robots. Falkor, a KONGSBERG company, is integrating NVIDIA Omniverse and spatial intelligence agents on Microsoft Azure for industrial inspection and maintenance.
