Bloomberg reported the cluster would be one of the largest known Huawei AI clusters if completed. The 950DT is designed for decode inference and training, with 144GB memory, 4TB/s memory bandwidth, and 2TB/s interconnect bandwidth; Huawei's roadmap schedules it for Q4 2026 availability. The 160,000 chips would occupy only part of the gigawatt-scale site, leaving DeepSeek's full accelerator mix unclear.
