Chamath Palihapitiya estimated that the $340 to $400 billion already accumulated by companies including Google, Amazon, Meta, Oracle, CoreWeave, and Nebius, plus their additional financing needs through 2027, could equal roughly 30% of projected U.S. Treasury issuance over that same period.
